Best UGC agencies for DTC brands in 2026, grouped into full agencies, creative-only agencies and managed marketplaces

There is no neutral ranking of UGC agencies. Most "best UGC agency" lists are written by an agency that puts itself first. We're an agency too, so we'll say it up front: this list is published by UGC Factory, and we're on it.

What we can do is be useful. Below are eight UGC agencies and managed services that DTC brands actually shortlist, what each one does well, what it costs where the price is public, and who each one fits. Every price and client named here comes from the company's own website, checked in October 2026.

How we evaluated them

We weighted what matters once a brand spends real money on Meta and TikTok:

  • Strategy before production. Does the agency decide what to make, or just make what you ask for?

  • Creator quality and control. Vetted creators who take direction, not a marketplace roll of the dice.

  • Editing and iteration. In-house editing and a loop from ad results back into the next batch.

  • Transparency. Public pricing, clear terms, and named clients on their own site.

We did not rank by follower counts, awards or self-reported ROAS, because none of those can be checked from the outside.

UGC Factory

Best for: DTC brands spending seriously on paid social that want creative built from data and tested, not just delivered.

UGC Factory is a performance UGC agency in Austin, Texas. We plan, script, cast, film and edit creator-led ads for Meta and TikTok, and every batch starts with research: what is scaling in your ad account, and what is working across your category in our Pulse database of live DTC ads. We've created 50,000+ UGC ads for brands including ARMRA, Huel, Viome, Bullymake and Uplift Desk.

Tradeoff: we don't run your media buying, and we're built for brands with a real test budget. If you need a handful of videos for organic posting, a marketplace is cheaper.

inBeat

Best for: larger brands that want UGC, influencers and paid media from one partner.

inBeat describes itself as a creative growth agency combining performance creative, paid social and creator marketing. Its site lists strategy, UGC production, influencer sourcing, ad testing and media buying across Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop and Amazon. Clients named on its site include HelloFresh, Prose, Bumble, Native and Nordstrom.

Tradeoff: pricing isn't public, and its Clutch profile lists a $50,000+ minimum project, which rules out smaller brands.

Creative Milkshake

Best for: scaling brands with their own media buyer that need lots of creative, including localized versions.

Creative Milkshake is a paid-social creative agency covering research, direct-response scripting, casting (real or AI actors), production, editing and statics. It's one of the few agencies with public pricing: from $7,000 a month, typically $7,000 to $50,000.

Tradeoff: no media buying, so you need a strong in-house or outside buyer to act on the creative.

The Social Savannah

Best for: brands that want fast, native-feeling TikTok and Meta ads every week.

The Social Savannah is a Meta and TikTok ad creative studio founded by Savannah Sanchez. It produces ads weekly with creator matching, editing and whitelisting. Its client page lists brands such as Fabletics, AG1, Hims, e.l.f. and Our Place.

Tradeoff: pricing isn't public and it doesn't run media.

Brighter Click

Best for: health, wellness and finance brands that want UGC alongside paid media management.

Brighter Click is a performance marketing agency that sells UGC as a package: $4,500 for 12 edited videos from 4 creators, $6,500 for 18 videos from 6 creators, and custom packages from $7,500. Each package includes a creative strategist and unlimited usage rights.

Tradeoff: UGC is one service in a broader paid media agency, and the team is small (2 to 9 people on Clutch).

House of Marketers

Best for: TikTok-led launches where influencer reach matters as much as ads.

House of Marketers is a TikTok-first influencer agency that also runs UGC campaigns and TikTok and Meta ads. Its site names clients such as Red Bull, Sephora, HelloFresh and Cetaphil.

Tradeoff: it leans toward influencer campaigns rather than performance UGC built for testing, and pricing isn't public.

Billo (managed service)

Best for: lean teams that need a steady flow of creator footage without managing creators.

Billo's managed service starts at $2,000 a month, billed monthly, and can be cancelled after the first month. Its team handles creator sourcing, briefing and editing on top of Billo's marketplace.

Tradeoff: it's production, not strategy. Scripting, concept selection and testing stay with you.

Insense (managed service)

Best for: brands that want clear per-video pricing and TikTok Shop support.

Insense's ready-to-go UGC starts at $3,500 per round for 8 videos ($4,600 with Meta Partnership Ads), up to $6,800 for 16 videos. Creator costs and raw footage are included.

Tradeoff: a 3-month minimum, and it's closer to a platform with a service layer than an agency accountable for results.

How to choose

  1. If you mainly need footage, a managed marketplace (Billo, Insense) is the cheapest route.

  2. If you have a strong media buyer but no creative engine, pick a creative-only agency (UGC Factory, Creative Milkshake, The Social Savannah).

  3. If you want one partner for creative and media, look at full agencies (inBeat, Brighter Click, House of Marketers).

  4. Whatever you choose, ask to see concepts before anything is filmed, and ask how results feed the next batch.
